Baptcare Lalor Community Redevelopment
Construction of Baptcare’s Wattle Grove Community in Lalor was recently completed. The 120-bed residential aged care facility officially welcomed residents on Monday 7 October. A successful Open Day was held on Saturday 21 September, which saw hundreds of visitors tour the new facility.
Brisbane Grammar School STEAM
The proposed development is construction of a new 6 storey building called STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) for the Brisbane Boys Grammar School located on Gregory Terrace, Spring Hill. The building will provide additional learning areas to accommodate the student population and to be at the forefront of modern school facilities.
The Malt District
The Malt District is a mixed-use development built around Cremorne’s iconic Nylex Clock and malt silos. The development will consist of commercial, residential and green spaces, including a micro-brewery, apartments and creative work spaces.
Jubilee Place
The proposed development is for the construction of a new commercial tower situated on the site of the existing Jubilee Hotel in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley.
Lara Prison
The Victorian Government is building a new 1248 bed maximum security prison in the vicinity of the existing prison precinct which includes Barwon Prison, Marngoneet Correctional Centre and Karreenga Annex.
