Marrickville Library & Community Hub
McKenzie Group has partnered with Mirvac to work on the development of a Library & Community Hub on the former site of the Marrickville Hospital. Centred around a communal garden space, the development will provide an oasis from the dust and noise of Marrickville and will enable multiple community events and activities ranging from Tai Chi to evening cinema. The old hospital building has been redeveloped to provide library collection and office spaces, alongside outdoor reading areas with newly reinstated verandahs.
