Brisbane Grammar School STEAM
The proposed development is construction of a new 6 storey building called STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) for the Brisbane Boys Grammar School located on Gregory Terrace, Spring Hill. The building will provide additional learning areas to accommodate the student population and to be at the forefront of modern school facilities.
The project scope is to deliver: Eleven Co-Laboratory Spaces, Five General Learning Areas, Three Studios, Two Level Carpark, Sports Science, Maker Space, Lounge Kitchen, Faculty Space, Industrial Kitchen and Social Learning/Events Atrium.
The budget for this project is $50 million and is expected to be completed for the start of the school year in 2022.
