Jubilee Place
The proposed development is for the construction of a new commercial tower situated on the site of the existing Jubilee Hotel in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley. The new building will comprise of three levels of basement carparking, loading dock, end of trip facilities and carpark access on the lower ground floor, ground level plaza and entrance foyer, mezzanine level plant areas, level 1 ‘Hub’ space, commercial office space on levels 2 to 13, roof top cafe/bar amenities and plant areas on level 14 and additional plant areas on level 15.
On the ground floor the development will interface with the existing Jubilee Hotel and the new tower will cantilever above the hotel.
