Williams Landing Town Centre and Neighbourhood

McKenzie Group are proud to support project partners including Cedar Woods, Case Meallin and Hacer on the Williams Landing Town Centre and Neighbourhood project. The development consists of a mix of commercial buildings and an extensive residential estate. We have provided building surveying and accessibility consultancy services to the Williams Landing Shopping Centre project and we continue to provide consultancy services on a variety of projects still underway, including three commercial office buildings and various tenancy works including headquarters for major retailer Target. We also previously provided consultancy services for the train station at the hub of the Town Centre. Private transport and logistics are also well catered for with direct linkage to the Princes Freeway.
