The development has a value of $43 million and occupies a commanding position, adjacent to North Melbourne train station and established parks, shops and services in the area. The development consists of a 10 level apartment building with 154 apartments, retail/commercial/cafe tenancies on the ground floor, basement car park and a unique sky deck with outstanding views of Melbourne city. Mario Caneleo-Veliz, Senior Building Surveyor led the team for McKenzie Group. Project partners include Hayball, CBUS Property and Built.
