‘Atira’ – Toowong
Engaged in September 2016, McKenzie group were engaged to provide Building Certification and Accessibility/DDA Consultancy services for the student accommodation project ‘Atira’ which includes 14 storeys, 2 levels of basement car parking, ground floor lobby, resident recreation areas, pool and rooftop terrace, which 543 students can now call home. Our team Michael Leighton, Zach Troeger and Augustina Lie were involved in the successful project, which was completed months ahead of schedule.
Toowong Scape – Vulture Street, South Brisbane
Engaged in June 2015, McKenzie group were engaged to provide Building Certification and Accessibility/DDA Consultancy services for the SCAPE student accommodation project which includes 17 storeys, basement car parking, community space, bicycle parking, gym, café and central courtyard which will accommodate 787 students. Our project team included Zach Troeger and Angela Chambers.
