McKenzie Group have newly been appointed Building Surveyor for the PARA Building Works. The development by Molonglo Group will stand as a 50-building precinct at Dairy Road, Fyshwick. The new precinct aims to mix industrial, residential and commercial buildings. Chilean architect firm, Pezo von Ellrichshausen have been commissioned, who in the past have designed art installations, pavilions and highly experimental buildings around the world, and will now design its first piece in Australia.
