McKenzie Group Consulting are once again working with Fraser Property to deliver Building Surveying services for Macquarie Exchange at Macquarie Park. Building Australia’s first Community Business District, MQX will focus on the health and personal wellbeing of its workers through ongoing partnerships, programs and events. Every element has been designed to go above and beyond the minimum compliance standards for sustainability and environmental efficiency.
The precinct will boast a collection of four innovative buildings that seamlessly integrate with intimate laneways and collaboration spaces. Macquarie Exchange is the central precinct connected to the brand-new Sydney Metro and will deliver Macquarie Parks’ first ever laneway experience with plenty of eateries, leading onto and expansive central park.
