88 Walker Street, North Sydney
McKenzie Group Consulting is teaming up with Billbergia to develop a $121 million 48-storey hotel and commercial tower located in North Sydney. The tower will cantilever above the heritage-listed Firehouse Hotel at 86 Walker Street, allowing the development to straddle two sites. Aiming to incorporate over 250 hotel suites, eight levels of the development will be dedicated to facilities including restaurants, top-level bars, a gym, and an executive lounge. Above the accommodation, 21 levels of office space will be developed across more than 13,000 square metres. The project is aiming for completion in early 2021.
