McKenzie Group Consulting is proud to be part of one Australia’s urban renewal projects in the country. Working alongside Walker Corporation our most recent completion at 3 Parramatta Square is a prime component within the overall Parramatta Square Development.

The 5 Star GreenStar Design and 5 Star NABERS Building includes one of the largest naturally lit atriums of any commercial building in the country, and will comprise indoor planting suspended from the ceilings to bring a connection with nature into the workplace.  The façade incorporates a unique design of “stacked boxes” and a number of outdoor terraces within the 16 storey, 46,000m2 of space. 3 Parramatta Square will also welcome an additional five retailers into the precinct providing a fusion of cuisines for tenants and locals to enjoy.

Once complete, the Parramatta Square precinct will include over 290,000sqm of office space and will accommodate 35,000 workers by 2022.

Parramatta Square will be one of the best connected workplaces in Sydney with a direct connection to Parramatta Station, and the Parramatta Light Rail and the Western Sydney Metro within 100 metres.
