Our role includes design assessments, staged building permits and ongoing site inspections and issuance of Occupancy Permits.

The total project cost was $250M.

Our role also includes liaison with the relevant authorities such as Melbourne City Council and the Metropolitan Fire Brigade.

Additionally our assessments include review of Disabled Access consultant’s reports and assessment and approval of the various alternate solution approvals prepared by the Fire Safety Engineer.
