University of Melbourne – Western Edge Biosciences Zone

The University of Melbourne is a pioneer research university with research expenditure second only to that of the CSIRO.  This project aims to improve student experience across the biosciences by providing new teaching and learning spaces and laboratories as well as improving access and connections within the campus by attracting people through the building and into the University at a ground floor level.  The experience and educational outcomes of students will be enhanced by learning in highly shareable, state of the art facilities.

Initial works begin on the Parkville campus in March 2017 with the project expected to be completed in 2019.  Project partners include Hassell and NDY.  We have been appointed by Hassell, with Maja Aleksovska, Senior Building Regulations Consultant leading the project for McKenzie Group Consulting Victoria.
