Engaged by Lend Lease in 2012 as part of the successful Exemplar Health PPP Consortium, McKenzie Group were selected to provide both Building Certification and Accessibility Consultancy services for this major health sector project. The building works were completed in late 2016 and the hospital will open with 450 beds in April 2017, with the ability to grow to more than 738 beds. The site includes numerous buildings including the Main Hospital Building, Mental Health Building, Facility Management Centre (FMC) Building, The Hub and two mutli-level carparks.
