The redevelopment of this shopping centre will increase the floor space from 45,000m2 to over 100,000m2 , including the addition of a two level mall and the refurbishment and upgrading of a large proportion of the centre. The centre will also include a two level department store, two additional department stores, two supermarkets and over 200 speciality stores.
McKenzie Group has been involved with this significant expansion of the existing shopping centre and tenancies for Accredited Certifier and Principal Certifying Authority.
