Investa engaged McKenzie Group for the recently completed $1 billion skyscraper at 60 Martin Place. McKenzie Group also worked closely with Lend Lease to deliver the commercial office development.

Slightly angled away from neighbouring buildings, Sixty Martin Place takes in views of the Opera House and the length of Martin Place. The floorplate design, with the potential for double and triple height interconnected workspaces, allows for the full panorama to be captured.
McKenzie Group has since been engaged to complete a number of office fitouts throughout the entire building.
