McKenzie Group Victoria are engaged by Caydon for stages 1 and 2 of the Malt District project located at the landmark Nylex site in Cremorne. The development aims to create a new modern landmark by sensitively building apartments and townhouses and commercial and public spaces into many of the old buildings in the precinct, allowing the area to retain its iconic heritage nature. A major feature of the development will be the restoration of the famous Nylex clock.
The mixed-use development is valued at approximately 1 billion. Andrew Christoforou, Director is looking after the project for McKenzie Group Victoria. Construction will commence shortly.
