McKenzie Group are proud to have supported Tactical Group and Pro-Invest Developments on the completion of the latest Holiday Inn Hotel situated in the heart of Newcastle’s new commercial precinct. The mixed-use development will contribute to the revitalisation of the surrounding area by activating King Street with a feature wall and retail frontage.
The hotel consists of ground floor retail, two levels of above-ground parking and five guest levels. All accessible at street-level, the new development will feature a gym, meeting facilities and a bar/cafe. The 8-storey hotel will offer a total of 170 hotel guest rooms.
