McKenzie Group provided Building Certification services for ISPT in relation to the H&M and Zara flagship stores in Brisbane’s Queen Street Mall.
H&M comprises three levels of retail space is located in the redeveloped Broadway building at 170 Queen Street. McKenzie Group provided Building Certification and Accessibility/DDA services for the developer ISPT, and also for the tenants fitout works.
Zara is located on the opposite side of the mall in the newly constructed 155 Queen Street development, which comprises three storeys of retail for Zara, and three levels of commercial office space above. McKenzie Group has provided the Building Certification services for the development for ISPT.
