The project includes 4 high rise towers over a retail podium and lower level carpark including close to 150,000m2 of proposed office space, 12,000m2 of retail and a 200 space car park.
Total construction cost is approximately $400M.
Our role includes regulatory advice and appeals and specialist DDA advice for the total development.
