Barangaroo South is part of the $6B urban transformation of the western edge of Sydney’s central business district comprising 7.5 hectare. This area will become the greenest financial district with a carbon neutral precinct within Australia. The site will comprise of commercial, residential, retail and dining areas, including a new hotel. There will be around 1,200 residents and 23,000 office workers within this precinct.
