Conneq Infrastructure Services
McKenzie Group was engaged by Conneq Infrastructure Services (Aust) Pty Ltd to provide a Building Codes of Australia (BCA) assessment and report on this project.
This project was a public-private partnership arrangement to provide new facilities and systems, including a new 358 bed medium security expansion of the existing prison.
This facility was the first Victorian social infrastructure project to be procured in accordance with National PPP Guidelines. It forms part of providing better services to all Victorians by expanding and improving Victoria’s public infrastructure.
McKenzie Group provided services that included Building Surveying and Risk Assessment.
