The 66 Hope Street project is a striking new 30-storey residential tower whereby McKenzie Group Consulting are providing Building Surveying and Access Consultancy services.
The design encapsulates sculptural balconies and curved spines which work their way from the ground level, culminating in a dramatic crown like pergola at the roof of the development. A combined art gallery and residential lobby is proposed at the buildings entrance.
The art theme continues to the podium levels with a large public artwork to be installed on the Hope Street frontage. The rooftop recreation deck comprises of an infinity pool with sunken seating, outdoor kitchen and BBQ as well as dining area, yoga lawn, outdoor gym and gardens.
