Mirvac Group instructed MGC Planning to prepare a retail strategy for the 98 of the existing retail tenancies in this shopping centre, which hosts a heritage item and therefore is not suitable for Complying Development.

MGC Planning NSW developed a blanket strategy which allowed new tenants to undertake works under the blanket approval and without the need to revisit Council with individual planning applications.

McKenzie Group Planning NSW determined this project in 8 weeks and was praised by North Sydney City Council.
