McKenzie Group Consulting, providing services as Building Surveyors and Access Consultants, are working on the 38-storey commercial office tower that will contain a large portion of office space from Levels 4 to 35, a childcare centre on Level 2 and wellness clinic on Level 1 which will include an external swimming pool.
The building will also feature an auditorium accessed from the Plaza Level which will seat up to 234 people. The Public Plaza on ground floor will be an aesthetic architectural feature as it will be an approximately 20m high space with access through to a public laneway at the rear of the site.
